奥美拉唑联合阿莫西林治疗胃溃疡的疗效观察

目的:观察奥美拉唑联合阿莫西林治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法:将我院56例胃溃疡患者随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组给予奥美拉唑联合阿莫西林治疗,对照组给予西咪替丁联合硫糖铝治疗,观察用药后两组临床疗效。结果:试验组治疗总有效率及HP根除率均显著高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组1年内复发率显著低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:奥美拉唑联合阿莫西林可有效减少患者胃酸分泌,显著改善患者的临床症状,其溃疡复发率明显减轻,是目前药物联合治疗胃溃疡的重要手段。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of omeprazole amoxicillin treatment of stomach ulcers. Methods：56 cases of gastric ulcer patients in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental and control groups, the test group received omeprazole amoxicillin therapy, the control group received cimetidine combined with sucralfate treatment groups were observed after treatment clinical efficacy in patients. Results： The treatment group were always efficient and HP eradication after treatment were significantly higher than the control group between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05） differences;experimental group, the recurrence rate within 1 year was significantly lower than the control group, group the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Omeprazole amoxicillin can effectively reduce gastric acid secretion in patients with significant improvement in clinical symptoms , which significantly reduced the rate of ulcer recurrence, is an important means of drug combination therapy of gastric ulcer.
