基层医院102例药品不良反应报告分析

目的:通过药品不良反应报告分析,提高合理用药水平。方法:采用回顾性研究的方法,对本院收集的102例药品不良反应(ADR)进行汇总分析,分析ADR发生的原因及特点。结果与结论:102例ADR报告中,老年人、中成药、化学药品中抗菌药物、静脉途径给药更易发生药品不良反应。

Objective：By analyzing cases of adverse drug reactions, raise the level of rational drug use. Methods：The cases of the method of retrospective study, we collected 102 cases of adverse drug reactions （ADR） summary analysis, analyse the reasons and characteristics of adrs. Results and Conclusions：102 cases of ADR reports, the elderly, proprietary Chinese medicines, chemical dosing way antibacterial drugs, intravenous pathway in adverse drug reactions occurred more often.
