分层次管理模式对消毒供应中心工作质量的影响效果与分析

Analysis and Effects of Hierarchical Management Mode on the Work Quality of Central Stevile Supple Department

目的探讨分层次管理模式对消毒供应中心(Central sterile supply department,简称CSSD)工作质量的影响。方法建立层级质量控制体系,落实层级管理,与临床建立有效沟通机制,结合弹性排班,提供优质高效服务。结果实施层级管理后,临床满意度明显提高,重复使用诊疗器械、器具、物品返洗率和差错及不良事件发生率下降,与实施层级管理前比较效果明显。结论实施层级管理能有效提高工作质量和临床满意度,降低差错及不良事件发生率,减轻科室管理压力。

Objective To study the hierarchical management mode on the influence of the quality of work in the disinfection supply center（Central sterile supply department, abbreviation CSSD）. Methods To establish a level quality control system,to carry out the hierarchy management,establish ef ective communication with clinical mechanism,combined with the flexible scheduling,provide quality and ef icient of service. Results After the hierarchy management,it improved the clinical satisfaction obviously. Repeated use of medical apparatus and instruments,utensils and articles back to wash rate and the error,and adverse events al declined, compared with before,the ef ect was obvious. Conclusion The level management can improve the quality of work ef ectively and clinical satisfaction,reduce errors and the incidence of adverse events,reduce the pressure of management department,is worth of reference and promotion.
