超声诊断子宫内膜病变的临床研究

Clinical Study on Ultrasound Diagnosis of Endometrial Lesions

目的：研究子宫内膜病变超声诊断的临床价值。方法搜集2013年12月～2014年12月我院子宫内膜病变39例患者，按照检查方式不同进行分组。研究组20例接受经阴道超声，对照组19例接受经腹部超声。比较两组结果。结果与对照组相比，研究组诊断符合率较高，有明显差异，有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论经阴道超声诊断子宫内膜病变，诊断准确、有效。

Objective Clinical value of ultrasound diagnosis of endometrial lesions is to be studied. Methods Selected 39 patients with endometrial lesions treated in hospital from December 2013 to December 2014 and separate them into two groups according to different examination approaches. 20 patients in study group were diagnosed by trans-vaginal ultrasound,while 19 patients in control group were diagnosed by trans-abdominal ultrasound,and then compare diagnosis results between two groups. Results Compared to control group,diagnosis accuracy in study group was much higher than that in control group; there was a differential between two groups,and such a differential had statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Trans-vaginal ultrasound is of clinical value in diagnosis of endometrial lesions; thus,such an accurate and effective diagnosis method is quite worthwhile to be promoted widespread.
