B超在子宫肌瘤诊断中的应用价值分析

The Analysis of B Ultrasound Examination Value in Diagnosis of Uterine Fibroids

目的：分析子宫肌瘤诊断中 B 超的应用价值。方法选取2013年8月～2014年8月间我院收治的子宫肌瘤患者45例，分为 X 线检查组与 B 超检查组，以病理结果作为检验标准，对比 B 超与 X 线检查的准确性。结果 B 超检查组诊断准确率（93.33%）高于 X 线检查组（77.78%），两组诊断准确率差异显著，有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论子宫肌瘤应用 B 超诊断准确率高，操作简单，经济适用，安全无创。

Objective Application value of B ultrasound examination in diagnosis of uterine fibroids is to be investigated. Methods Chose 45 patients with uterine fibroids received and treated in our hospital from August 2013 to August 2014 and separate them into X-ray examination group and B ultrasound examination group respectively and take patients’pathology result as the examination standard; and then observe and compare the diagnosis accuracy of X-ray examination and B ultrasound examination. Results The diagnosis accuracy rate of B ultrasound examination was up to 93.33%,while the diagnosis accuracy rate of X-ray examination was 77.78%; there was a diagnosis accuracy differential between two groups,and such a differential had statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion B ultrasound examination is of high accuracy,besides,its operation is simple,economic,safe and non-invasive in diagnosis of uterine fibroids; therefore,it is quite worthwhile to be promoted.
