彩色多普勒超声对隐匿性糖尿病肾病各级肾动脉的观察

Observation of Occult Renal Artery at Various Levels of Nephropathy in Diabetes by Color Doppler Ultrasound

目的：探讨分析彩色多普勒超声对隐匿性糖尿病肾病各级肾动脉的观察效果。方法对我院2012年10月～2014年10月收治的60例隐匿性糖尿病肾病患者进行彩色多普超声观察，了解患者双肾主动脉、叶间动脉的舒张期流速、收缩期流速、阻力指数与双肾大小。结果患者双肾主动脉、叶间动脉的舒张期流速、收缩期流速有所降低，阻力指数与双肾大小有所增加。结论运用彩色多普勒超声检测隐匿性糖尿病肾病患者的各级肾动脉变化，对早期诊断具有一定的临床价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of observation by color doppler ultrasound and analysis of occult renal artery of diabetic nephropathy at al levels. Methods 60 cases of patients with occult diabetic nephropathy by color doppler ultrasound were observe,who were treated in our hospital from October 2012 to October 2014,and understand these patients in area of two-side aortic,velocity of interlobar artery in diastole,systolic velocity, resistance index and renal size. Results Patients with double aortic,velocity of interlobar artery in diastole,and systolic velocity decreased,resistance index and renal size increased. Conclusion The use of color doppler ultrasound in the detection of al renal arterial changes in patients with occult diabetic nephropathy,on early diagnosis has certain clinical value,it is worth in clinical application.
