CT诊断对超急性期大面积脑梗死的临床价值探析

Clinical Value of Super Acute Large Area Cerebral Infarction by CT Diagnosis

目的：探讨 CT 诊断对超急性期大面积脑梗死的临床价值。方法选取我院2012年8月～2014年8月收治的50例超急性期大面积脑梗死患者作为研究对象，均进行 CT 检查，回顾分析其临床资料，探讨 CT 诊断的应用价值。结果8例患者肯定诊断，17例患者提示诊断，15例患者提示复查，10例患者未发生异常。结论超急性期大面积脑梗死患者的临床诊断过程中，应用 CT 诊断操作简单方便，诊断效果比较理想，具有重要作用。

Objective To explore the clinical value of CT in diagnosis of super acute large area cerebral infarction. Methods 50 patients with super acute large area cerebral infarction as the research objects treated in our hospital from 2013 August to 2014 August,were examined by CT,analysis of the clinical data retrospectively,and investigate the application value of CT. Results 8 cases of patients with definite diagnosis,17 patients with suggestive diagnosis,15 patients with prompt review,10 cases of patients with no abnormal. Conclusion During the clinical diagnosis of super acute large area cerebral infarction,the application of CT in diagnosis is simple,convenient operation,and diagnosis effect is more ideal,which plays an important role.
