摘要
目的：探讨磁共振显像在老年椎基底动脉缺血诊断中的临床价值。方法2013年1月～2014年1月，我院共接收70例老年椎基底动脉缺血患者，将其记为观察组，选取同期来我院进行体检的70例老年人（均无脑血管病变）记为对照组。使用磁共振机对两组行临床检查，观察诊断结果。结果两组的动脉内径和轴流直径、高信号环、高信号斑的发生率相比，P〈0.05，有统计学意义。结论在老年椎基底动脉缺血诊断中，磁共振显像能够给临床诊断提供充分的信息，有助于增强临床诊断的科学性和准确性。
Objective To study the clinical value of magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of senile vertebral basilar artery ischemia. Methods From January 2013 to January 2013,our hospital had received 70 cases of elderly patients with vertebral basilar artery ischemia,which were recorded as the observation group,and selected the same to our hospital for physical examination of 70 cases of the elderly（no cerebrovascular disease）as the control group. The two groups were accepted the clinical examination by using magnetic resonance imaging machine,and observed the diagnostic results. Results Compared the incidence in the area of arterial diameter,axial ring diameter,high signal and high signal spot,P〈0.05,with statistical significance. Conclusion In the diagnosis of senile vertebral basilar artery ischemia,magnetic resonance imaging can provide suf icient information for clinical diagnosis and help to enhance the science and accuracy of clinical diagnosis.
