风湿性多肌痛13例临床分析

The Clinical Analysis of 13 Cases of Polymyalgia Rheumatics

目的：探讨风湿性多肌痛的临床特点及临床治疗。方法选取13例风湿性多肌痛患者临床治疗资料进行分析。结果经治疗13例风湿性多肌痛患者均在5～9天内症状缓解，经随访无复发。结论风湿性多肌痛治疗效果不佳时应考虑到合并巨细胞动脉炎的可能。此两种疾病经过数月至数年大多可自然缓解。

Objective The clinical features and clinical treatment of polymyalgia rheumatics are to be investigated. Methods Analyzed the clinical treatment data selected from 13 patients with polymyalgia rheumatics. Results The patients’symptoms had been relieved within 5 to 9 days’treatment and there was no illness reoccurrence after the follow-up observation. Conclusion If the treatment of polymyalgia rheumatics didn’t achieve desirable effects,the possible of giant cel arteritis should be considered. And these two il nesses could be al eviated and cured after several months or even several years spontaneously.
