脑脊液置换术治疗蛛网膜下腔出血的临床探析

Clinical Study on Cerebrospinal Fluid Replacement Treatment of Subarachnoid Hemorrhage

目的：探析脑脊液置换术治疗蛛网膜下腔出血的临床疗效。方法搜集2013年8月～2014年8月我院蛛网膜下腔出血37例患者，按照治疗方式不同进行分组。观察组共19例，施行脑脊液置换术；对照组共18例，施行常规治疗。观察对比两组疗效。结果两组疗效相比，观察组治疗有效率高，症状消失时间较短，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论脑脊液置换术治疗蛛网膜下腔出血的临床效果显著。

Objective To study Clinical effect of cerebrospinal fluid replacement treatment of subarachnoid hemorrhage. Methods 37 patients of subarachnoid hemorrhage who were treated in hospital from August 2013 to August 2014 and separate them into two groups according to different treatment approaches. 19 patients in study group were given cerebrospinal fluid replacement treatment,while 18 patients in control group were given conventional treatment,and then observe and compare treatment effects between two groups. Results Treatment efficacy in study group was higher than that in control group. Symptoms disappearing time in study group were shorter than that in control group.There was a differential between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Cerebrospinal fluid replacement treatment is of efficacy in treatment of subarachnoid hemorrhage and is quite worthwhile to be promoted and applied widespread.
