早期手术治疗胆石性胰腺炎的临床效果观察

Observation on Clinical Efficacy of Allstone Pancreatitis Treatment With Early-time Surgery

目的：观察早期手术治疗胆石性胰腺炎的临床效果。方法搜集2013年5月～2014年5月我院接收的胆石性胰腺炎37例患者，根据治疗方法不同分为对照组（保守治疗）与研究组（手术治疗）。观察对照组与研究组的治疗效果，并对比分析。结果与对照组相比，研究组治疗有效率较高，复发率较低，差异有统计学意义（P＆lt;0.05）。结论早期手术治疗胆石性胰腺炎的临床效果较好。

Objective To observed on clinical efficacy of al stone pancreatitis treatment with early-time surgery. Methods chose 37 cases of patients with gal stone pancreatitis who were treated in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2014,separated them into control group（conservative treatment）and study group（surgical treatment）according to the different treatment approaches,and then compared the treatment efficacy of these two groups. Results compared to control group,treatment efficacy in study group was much higher and the illness reoccurrence incidence in study group was less. Such a differential had statistic value（P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion There is application value in treatment of gallstone pancreatitis with early-time surgery,for better efficiency.
