舒适护理对慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者的影响研究

The Study on Comfort Nursing Care Influence on Patients With Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Emphysema

目的：研究舒适护理对慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者的影响。方法搜集2013年8月～2014年10月我院接收的慢性阻塞性肺气肿36例患者，根据不同护理方法进行分组。实验组18例护理方法为舒适护理，对照组18例护理方法为常规护理。观察实验组与对照组的护理效果，并对比。结果与对照组相比，实验组护理评分较高，护理满意度较高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论舒适护理对慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者影响较大。

Objective The influence of comfort nursing care on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema is to be investigated. Methods Chose 36 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema who were treated in hospital from August 2013 to October 2014 and separated them into two groups according to differential nursing care approaches. 18 patients in study group were given comfort nursing care,while 18 patients in control group were given conventional treatment,and then observed and compared the treatment efficacy of these two groups. Results Compared to control group, the score of nursing care in study group was much higher,and in addition,patients’satisfaction rate with treatment in study group was much higher than that in control group,there was a treatment differential between the two groups,and such a differential had statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comfort nursing care exerts great influence on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema,which is of significance and application value to be promoted.
