Analysis of Nursing Key Points About Nosocomial Infection on Elderly Patients With Respiratory Intensive

目的研究老年呼吸重症患者院内感染的护理要点和效果。方法选取老年呼吸重症院内感染患者133例作为研究对象,对患者的感染原因、感染类型等进行统计和分析,并随机分为两组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施全面护理。对比护理后治愈率和生活质量的变化。结果患者感染类型包括呼吸系统感染、泌尿系统感染、消化系统感染及其他位置感染。生理机能差、心理状态差、长期使用抗菌药物、合并侵入性操作、住院时间长是患者发生院内感染的主要因素。经过护理,观察组治愈率高于对照组,且患者生活质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年呼吸重症患者院内感染原因较多,需要从多方面进行综合护理,以提高治愈率,改善患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the nursing key points and effect of nosocomial infection on old patients with respiratory intensive. Methods To select 133 cases of elderly patients with respiratory intensive nosocomial infection as the research objects,the reason of infection,infection in patients with type and so on carries on the statistics and analysis,and randomly divided into two groups,control group with routine nursing,the observation group with implement comprehensive nursing. The changes of the cure rate and quality of life were compared. Results Infection in patients with type including respiratory system infection,urinary tract infection,infection of infections of the digestive system and other locations. Poor physiology,mental state, long-term use of antibacterial drugs,merging,invasive operation,the length of time was the main factor of nosocomial infection in patients with long. Cure rate after nursing,the observation group was obviously higher than that of control group,and quality of life was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistical y significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The causes of elderly patients with respiratory intensive nosocomial infection are more,they need comprehensive care from many aspects,in order to improve the cure rate,and improve patient quality of life.
