小儿惊厥的临床护理探析

目的：探究小儿惊厥的护理措施和效果。方法选取2013年4月～2014年8月收治的81例小儿惊厥患者给予护理措施，随机分组，实验组46例患者采用综合护理，对照组35例患者给予常规护理，对比两组患者的护理满意度。结果实验组护理的总有效率为93.48%，对照组护理的总有效率为82.86%。两组患者的护理效果差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对小儿惊厥患者采用综合护理，能够配合患者得到更好的治疗，使身体得到全方位护理和照顾，提高患者和家属的护理满意度，效果显著。

Objective The treatment approach and its efficacy of children with convulsions are to be summarized. Methods Chose 81 children with convulsions treated in our hospital from April 2013 to August 2014 and separate them into study group and control group at random. 46 patients in study group were given comprehensive treatment,while 35 patients in control group were given conventional treatment,and then compare the rate of satisfaction with treatment in the two groups. Results The treatment efficiency in study group was 93.48%,while treatment efficiency in control group was 82.86%, there was a treatment differential between the two groups,and such a differential had statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Children with convulsions can get better treatment with the aid of comprehensive treatment,which is conducive to get patients have over-al attendance and care,and improve both patients and their relatives’satisfaction with treatment. Thus,such an effective treatment approach is quite worthwhile to be promoted.
