小儿自闭症的临床护理探析

Clinical Nursing Experience of Children Patients With Autism

目的：探究针对小儿自闭症应采用的护理措施和效果。方法选择2013年1月～2014年9月收治的30例小儿自闭症患者进行护理，随机分组，实验组17例患者采用综合护理，对照组13例患者选择常规护理，观察患者的护理情况。结果实验组患者得到94.12%的护理有效率，对照组患者得到69.23%的护理有效率。两组患者的护理效果差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论小儿自闭症患者在治疗同时给予心理护理，行为治疗等，能够促进其身心得到健康发展，改善自闭症状，提高治疗效果。

Objective Nursing care approach and its effect on children patients with autism are to be investigated. Methods Chose 30 children patients with autism who were treated in hospital from January 2013 to September 2014 and separate them into two groups at random; 17 patients in study group were given comprehensive nursing care,while 13 patients in control group were given conventional treatment,and then compare nursing care effects between two groups. Results Treatment efficacy in study group was 94.12%,while treatment efficacy in control group was 69.23%; there was a differential between two groups and such a result had statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Treat autism children patients with additional psychological nursing care and behavior therapy are conducive to improve patients’psychological health,relieve their autism symptoms and increasing treatment efficacy.
