慢性肺心病患者的人性化护理探析

The Investigation on Humane Care in Treatment of Patients With Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease

目的：深入研究人性化护理在慢性肺心病患者护理中的应用，并对其效果进行分析和探讨。方法选取于2014年1月～2014年11月期间在我院接受治疗的46例慢性肺心病患者，并随机分为对照组和观察组进行对照研究，观察实行人性化护理和常规护理的效果。结果对照组和观察组的护理总有效率分别为82.6%和95.7%，对照组和观察组的护理总满意度分别为87.0%和100%，两组对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对慢性肺心病患者采取人性化护理有利于患者疾病的治疗，能够延缓患者病情的进展以及提高患者生存率。

Objective Humane care in treatment of patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease is to be further investigated and its effect is to be analyzed and discussed. Methods Chose 46 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease who were treated in our hospital from January 2014 to November 2014 and separate them into control group and study group at random. And then observe and compare treatment effects of humane care and conventional care in these two groups. Results The care efficacy in control group and study group was 82.6% and 95.7% respectively; while the rate of patients’satisfaction with treatment in control group and study group was 87.0% and 100% respectively,there was a differential between two groups,and such a differential had statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Humane care is beneficial for recovery of patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease; besides,it is conducive to preventing from patients’il ness degeneration in order to improve their survival probability; therefore,humane care is quite worthwhile to be promoted and applied clinical y in treatment of patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease.
