舒适护理在剖腹分娩护理中运用的效果观察

目的观察在剖腹分娩护理运用中舒适护理的临床效果。方法选取我院140例住院部剖腹分娩的产妇,以住院时间将其随机抽样分为护理组和对照组各70例,护理组给予舒适护理措施干预,对照组给予普通护理措施干预,对比两组措施干预的效果与产妇对护理的满意度。结果对比两组护理措施干预的效果,护理组总有效率为96.4%,对照组总有效率为81.8%,两组对比差异有统计学意义。对比两组患者满意度,护理组98.6%高于对照组78.6%,两组对比差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论采用舒适护理措施干预在剖腹分娩产妇护理中的效果好,被给予护理的产妇满意度高。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of cesarean section in the application of comfortable nursing. Methods In our hospital 140 cases of maternal with caesarean delivery were divided into nursing group and control group randomly with 70 cases in each group according to the hospitalization time,nursing group received comfort nursing intervention measures,while the control group was given common nursing intervention measures,compared the effect of measures and the satisfaction of maternal in the two groups. Results Comparing the two groups of nursing intervention measures,the total effective rate was 96.4% in the nursing group,the total effective rate was 81.8% in the control group,the difference of the two groups was significant. Comparing the two groups of patients＆#39; satisfaction,nursing group 98.6%was significantly higher than the control group 78.6%,the difference of the two groups was significant,P〈0.05. Conclusion The clinical effect of cesarean section in the application of comfortable nursing is better, the nursing satisfaction degree is high.
