PICC and Nursing for Patients With Colorectal Cancer During Chemotherapy

目的探讨PICC在结直肠癌患者化疗中的应用及护理。方法将58例结直肠癌患者分为观察组和对照组,分别采用PICC植入和浅静脉植入,并进行针对性护理干预,观察静脉炎、药物外渗情况及总满意率。结果观察组静脉炎率及药物外渗发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的总满意率(89.6%)高于对照组65.5%(P<0.05)。结论对结直肠癌患者化疗中使用PICC置管,并进行针对性护理干预,静脉炎及药物外渗发生率低,患者满意度高。

Objective To investigate the PICC and nursing in chemotherapy of colorectal cancer patients. Methods 58 cases of colorectal cancer were divided into observation group and control group respectively,and superficial vein PICC implants and nursing intervention were implanted, observed phlebitis,drug extravasation and total satisfaction. Results The phlebitis rate and incidence of drug extravasation were significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. The overall satisfaction rate of the observation group（89.6%）was significantly higher than 65.5%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of chemotherapy in patients with colorectal cancer PICC catheter and nursing interventions targeted, phlebitis and a low incidence of drug extravasation,high patient satisfaction.
