左卡尼汀在病毒性心肌炎急性期治疗中的应用分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨左卡尼汀在病毒性心肌炎急性期治疗中的应用分析。方法选取2013年11月~2014年11月我院收治的37例病毒性心肌炎患者,随机分为两组,左卡尼汀组20例和黄芪组17例,观察两组患者的心电图和心肌标志物变化情况。结果左卡尼汀组患者的心肌酶(CK-MB)、肌钙蛋白(cTnl)低于黄芪组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);左卡尼汀组患者心电图改善情况、治疗总有效率明显优于黄芪组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论病毒性心肌炎急性期治疗采用左卡尼汀能加快患者的恢复,促进心肌酶和肌钙蛋白恢复正常值。 Objective The effect of levocarnitine application in treatment of acute viral myocarditis is to be investigated. Methods Chose 37 patients with acute viral myocarditis who were treated in hospital from November 2013 to November 2014 and separated them into two groups at random with 20 patients treated with levocarnitine in one group and 17 patients treated with astragalus in other group,and then observed and compared patients’ ECG and cardiac marker changes in two groups. Results The score of CK-MB an cTnl of patients in levocarnitine group is much lower than that in astragalus group,there was a differential between two groups,and such a differential had statistic value(P〈0.05). However,patients’ ECG improvement and treatment efficacy in levocarnitine group were much higher than those in astragalus group,there was a differential between the two groups,and such a differential had statistic value(P〈0.05). Conclusion Levocarnitine is of efficiency in treatment of acute viral myocarditis; it is conducive to patients’recovery and improving CK-KB and cTnl to be normal.
