摘要
目的观察前列地尔联合α-硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法选择糖尿病周围神经病变患者48例,给予前列地尔联合α-硫辛酸治疗3周,观察患者治疗前后的症状及神经传导速度变化。结果治疗总有效率为93%,肌电图显示,治疗前后神经传导速度有明显改善,治疗前后数据对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列地尔联合α-硫辛酸能有效地促进神经损伤的恢复,疗效确切。
Objective To observe the curative clinical effects that α-lipoic acid combined with alprosladil have on diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN）. Methods A total of 48 cases diabetic peripheral neuropalhy patients were selected. The group was given α-lipoic Acid and alprostadil three weeks. Results The total effective rate of the group was 93%. The EMG results showed that the nerve conduction velocity on the group was better than that before treatment. Comparing the data after treatment was statistical y significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion α-lipoic acid combined alprosladil is effective by promoting the sensory and motoring nerve conduction velocity recovery.
