双唑泰栓与奥硝唑治疗滴虫性阴道炎的对比研究

Comparative Study on Metronidazole and Ornidazole in Treatment of Trichomonas Vaginitis

目的：探究滴虫性阴道炎患者选择奥硝唑和双唑泰栓治疗效果的对比。方法选取2013年1月～2014年7月收治的37例滴虫性阴道炎患者进行治疗，实验组21例选择奥硝唑的治疗，对照组16例选择双唑泰栓的的治疗，观察患者身体的恢复情况。结果实验组治疗有效率为95.24%，对照组治疗有效率为75.0%，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论滴虫性阴道炎患者采用奥硝唑的治疗，能够改善外阴瘙痒等不适症状，起效快，效果显著，药物的安全性高，不良反应较少。

Objectives Analysis the comparative medication effects of metronidazole and ornidazole in treatment of trichomonas vaginitis. Methods Chose 37 patients of trichomonas vaginitis who are received in hospital from January 2013 to July 2014,21patients in study group were given ornidazole medication treatment,while patients were given metronidazole medication treatment,compared patients’physical of improvements condition between two groups. Results treatment efficacy in study group is up to 95.24%,while treatment efficacy in control group is up to 75.0%; there is a treatment differential between two groups has statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ornidazole medication is efficacy in treatment of trichomonas vaginitis,it is effective to improve patients’symptoms like genital itching quickly, medication treatment is of high efficiency and safety with few side effect.
