针灸配合推拿治疗慢性前列腺炎临床体会

Clinical Experience of Acupuncture Combined With Massage in Treatment of Chronic Prostatitis

目的：对针灸配合推拿治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效进行分析，并对治疗体会进行总结。方法选取于2013年11月～2014年11月期间在我院接受治疗的40例慢性前列腺炎患者，将患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，对药物治疗和针灸配合推拿治疗的疗效进行对照分析。结果治疗组的治疗总有效率为95%，对照组的治疗总有效率为80%，两组数据对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论针灸配合推拿治疗慢性前列腺炎具有显著的治疗效果，能够提高患者的康复进程。

Objective To analyze clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with massage in treatment of chronic prostatitis. Methods 40 patients with chronic prostatitis were treated in hospital from November 2013 to November 2014,were and were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. Therapeutic efficacy of medical treatment and acupuncture combined with massage treatment were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 95.0 %,and the total effective rate of control group was 86.67 %,and the difference between two groups was significant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with massage is effective in treating chronic prostatitis,it is significantly conducive to recovery of patients.
