玄参升麻汤治疗小儿慢性咳嗽的临床探析

Clinical Investigation on Figwort Cimicifugae Decoction in Treatment of Children With Chronic Cough

目的：探究小儿慢性咳嗽患者采用玄参升麻汤的治疗方法和效果。方法选取2013年7月～2014年9月收治的36例小儿慢性咳嗽患者进行治疗，随机分组，实验组21例患者选择玄参升麻汤的治疗，对照组15例患者给予儿童清咽解热口服液的治疗，对比患者的治疗效果。结果实验组患者治疗有效率为95.24%，对照组患者治疗有效率为86.67%。两组患者的治疗效果差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论小儿慢性咳嗽患者采用玄参升麻汤的治疗，能够明显改善咳痰、咳嗽等症状，不良反应少，药物安全性高。

Objective To investigate treatment approach and its efficacy of figwort cimicifugae decoction in treatment of children patients with chronic cough. Methods Chose 36 children patients with chronic cough who are treated in hospital from July 2013 to September 2014 and separated them into two groups at random. 21 patients in study group were given figwort cimicifugae decoction treatment,while 15 patients in control group were given pharyngeal antipyretic oral liquid medicine treatment; and then compare treatment efficacy of these two groups. Results The treatment efficacy in study group was up to 95.24%,while,treatment efficacy in control group was 86.67%,there was a differential between the two groups with regarding to treatment efficacy and side-effect incidence,and such a differential had statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Figwort cimicifugae decoction treatment is conducive to relieving children patients’sputum or cough symptom significantly with few side effects; it is of safety and efficacy in treatment of children patients with chronic cough.
