降脂颗粒用于高脂血症治疗的效果研究

The Efficacy Research on Lipid-lowering Particles in Treatment of Hyperlipidemia

目的：观察降脂颗粒用于高脂血症治疗的临床效果。方法将我院心内科门诊于2013年1月～2014年7月收治的70例高脂血症患者随机分为两组，对照组和观察组各35例患者，对照组患者采用血脂康胶囊进行治疗，观察组采用降脂颗粒进行治疗，经过6周的治疗，观察对比患者的临床症状和血脂水平。结果对观察组和对照组患者的治疗效果进行分析比较，观察组和对照组患者的治疗有效率分别为94.3%和80%，观察组的治疗效果优于对照组的治疗效果，两组结果对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论降脂颗粒治疗高脂血症有着良好的效果，并且安全无不良反应。

Objective The clinical efficacy of lipid-lowering particles in treatment of hyperlipidemia is to be investigated. Methods Chose 70 patients with hyperlipidemia treated in our hospital from January 2013 to July 2014 and separated them into control group and study group at random with 35 patients in each group. Patients in control group were given Xuezhikang capsule treatment,while,patients in study group were given lipid-lowering particles treatment. And then observed and compared the clinical symptoms and hyperlipidemia level after six weeks treatment. Results The treatment efficiency of the two groups is 94.23%（study group）and 80%（control group）respectively,the treatment efficiency in study group was much higher than control group,there was a treatment differential between the two groups,and such a differential had statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Lipid-lowering particles are of high efficiency in treatment of hyperlipidemia.
