摘要
目的：观察独活寄生汤加减治疗对风湿性关节炎的临床效果。方法搜集2013年7月～2014年7月我院接收的风湿性关节炎69例患者，按照治疗方法不同分为对照组与参照组。对参照组35例进行独活寄生汤加减治疗，对对照组34例进行西医治疗。观察对照组与参照组的治疗效果，并对比分析。结果与对照组相比，参照组治疗有效率较高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对风湿性关节炎患者进行独活寄生汤加减治疗，效果显著。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Duhuojisheng decoction in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods 69 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were col ected from July 2013 to July 2014 in our hospital, and were divided into control group and study group according to different treatment methods. 35 patients in the study group were given Duhuojisheng decoction treatment, while, 34 patients in the control group were given western medicine treatment. And then observed and compared the treatment efficacy of the two groups. Results The study group had higher treatment efficiency compared with control group, and with significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Duhuojisheng decoction treatment has effect to treat patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
