摘要
主要阐述基于Pro/E软件的双环变速器三维建模和运动仿真,介绍了双环变速器各个零部件的建模过程和装配方法。其中对外齿轮建模进行重点介绍,对如何进行齿轮参数化建模和齿廓曲线的建立详细介绍,最后对所有零件模型进行虚拟装配,组装成整体,并对双环变速器进行干涉检验,实现无干涉装配。使用Pro/E软件进行三维建模和装配可以缩短产品的开发周期,降低产品的生产成本。
This article focuses on double-ring gear transmission of 3D modeling and motion simulation based on Pro/E, introduces the modeling process of every parts and components in the double-ring gear transmission and assembly method. The external gear modeling is introduced, how to carry on the gear parametric modeling and tooth profile curve is introduced in detail, finally to make a virtual assembly model of all parts, assembled into a whole, and the double-ring gear transmission interference inspection, the realization of non-interference assembly. The use of Pro/E software for 3D modeling and assembly can shorten the product development cycle, and reduce the cost of production.
