高校财务管理是严格落实国家财经政策的重要内容,是高校从根源上消除经济犯罪、避免经济损失的关键环节。新时期,提高高校财务管理水平对提高高校综合管理能力起着至关重要的作用。作为现代高校财务管理核心工作的财务绩效评价体系的构建显得尤为重要。本文阐述了高校财务人员绩效评价体系构建的必要性,分析了高校财务人员绩效评价存在的问题,提出了高校财务人员绩效评价体系的构建策略。

University financial management is an important content of the strict implementation of the national financial policy, which can eliminate the economic crimes from the source, and avoid the economic loss. During the new period, the level of financial management in Colleges and universities plays a vital role in improving college comprehensive management ability. The construction of financial performance evaluation system has become the core content of financial management in modern colleges and universities. This paper briefly expounds the necessity of building a performance evaluation system of university financial personnel,analyzes the existing problems and finally put forward the construction strategy.
