立普妥与安博维联合治疗血脂正常的糖尿病肾病疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的评价阿托伐他汀(立普妥)与厄贝沙坦(安博维)联合对血脂正常的糖尿病肾病(DN)患者疗效的影响。方法 78例血脂正常的糖尿病肾病患者,随机分为a组(给予安博维150mg 1次/d,n=26)、b组(给予立普妥20mg 1次/d,n=26)、c组(联合使用立普妥20mg qn及安博维150mg 1次/d,n=26)。于开始治疗前以及药物治疗3个月后行24h尿蛋白、血肌苷(Scr)、血脂、血压、肌酸激酶、ALT、AST等检测。结果 3组患者血压变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),3组血脂变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),3组24h尿蛋白显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),c组24h尿蛋白降低幅度大于a组和b组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论立普妥与安博维治疗糖尿病肾病均可获得良好作用,但两药合用较两药单用肾保护作用更显著,且两者对DN患者有独立于血压、血脂之外的肾脏保护作用,安全性好。
