布地奈德/福莫特罗粉吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的疗效观察

Observation of curative effect by budesonide/formoterol powder inhalation in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients

目的观察布地奈德/福莫特罗粉吸入剂吸入治疗中、重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的疗效。方法将80例中、重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各40例。对照组进行常规治疗。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加布地奈德/福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗。观察两组患者肺功能、动脉血气、临床症状评分变化。结果治疗组患者肺功能、动脉血气分析、临床症状评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中、重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者使用布地奈德/福莫特罗粉吸入治疗,能够改善其肺功能,并缓解临床症状。

Objective To observe the curative effect by budesonide/formoterol powder inhalation in the treatment of moderate and severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） patients. Methods A total of 80 patients with moderate and severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, and each group contained 40 cases. The control group received conventional treatment, and the treatment group received additional budesonide/formoterol powder inhalation for treatment. Changes of pulmonary function, arterial blood gases, and clinical symptoms score of the two groups were observed. Results The treatment group had better pulmonary function, arterial blood gases, and clinical symptoms score than those of the control group （P〈0.05）, Conclusion Implement of budesonide/formoterol powder inhalation in the treatment of moderate and severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients can improve their pulmonary function and relieve clinical symptoms.
