异位妊娠输卵管部分和全部切除术对卵巢功能影响的研究

Research of influence of partial excision of fallopian tube and salpingectomy on ovarian function in ectopic gestation

目的了解异位妊娠输卵管部分切除术和全部切除术对卵巢功能的影响。方法 180例因异位妊娠行手术治疗符合本研究要求的患者将其随机分为甲组(输卵管部分切除组)和乙组(输卵管全部切除组),每组90例。观察对比两组患者的卵巢激素水平及窦卵泡数。结果两组患者在激素分泌水平方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),比较窦卵泡数,两组患者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论两种手术方式短期内都不影响卵巢的激素水平,输卵管部全部切除除术对卵巢的储备功能影响不大,输卵管全部切除术却降低了同侧卵巢的储备功能。

Objective To understand the influence of partial excision of fallopian tube and salpingectomy on ovarian function in ectopic gestation. Methods A total of 180 qualified ectopic gestation patients were randomly divided into group A （partial excision of fallopian tube group） and group B （salpingectomy group）, and each group contained 90 cases. Ovarian hormone levels and antral follicle count were compared between the two groups. Results The difference of hormone levels between the two groups had no statistical significance （P〉0.05）, while the difference of antral follicle count was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Both methods have no short-term influence on ovarian hormone level, however partial excision of fallopian tube has no obvious influence on reserve fimction, and salpingectomy reduces reserve function on the same side.
