试论共产国际、联共(布)对中共土地革命的指导

On Communist International and the Soviet Union Communist Party( Bolshevik) 's Guidance over the CPC's Agrarian Revolution

共产国际、联共(布)注重从中国社会性质出发探讨适合中国国情的土地政策,对中国共产党在苏维埃土地革命中的土地政策及时作出指导,逐步确立了平分土地的原则。尽管如此,共产国际、联共(布)对平分土地的口号始终持谨慎态度,担心这一口号执行中的扩大化会影响到对中农的阶级联盟策略。共产国际、联共(布)在中国富农问题上基本认定必须消灭富农经济基础,为此要求中共中央坚决贯彻以反对富农为主旨的革命的阶级路线。

Communist International and the Soviet Union Communist Party（ Bolshevik）emphasized the nature of Chinese society in working out the land policy suitable for the national conditions of China,gave timely guidance over the land policy made by the CPC in the soviet agrarian revolution,and gradually established the principle of equally distributing lands. Nonetheless,they always kept a cautious attitude over the slogan of equally distribu-ting lands,and worried that this slogan,enlarged in implementation,would affect the class alliance strategy to-ward middle peasants. In respect of the rich peasants,they asserted that the economic foundation of rich peasants must be eliminated,and therefore asked the CPC Central Committee to uncompromisingly carry out the revolu-tionary class route of opposing rich peasants.
