新生儿脐血瘦素水平及相关因素分析

Analysis on the cord blood leptin level and related factors

目的分析新生儿脐血瘦素水平及相关因素。方法选择2013年10月~2014年11月在我院出生的新生儿60例,根据胎龄与出生体重百分位数的关系将60例新生儿分为两组,适于胎龄儿组（AGA组）30例,小于胎龄儿组（SGA组）30例,瘦素水平采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫法测定。比较两组新生儿出生体重、出生身长、头围、BMI及脐血瘦素水平,分析脐血瘦素与各指标之间的相关性。结果 AGA组新生儿出生体重、出生身长、头围、BMI及瘦素水平均明显高于SGA组,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。相关性分析表明,瘦素水平与新生儿出生体重、出生身长呈明显正相关（P〈0.05）。结论脐血瘦素对新生儿出生体重、出生身长有积极作用,可调节新生儿体格生长发育指标的增长速度,可作为胎儿营养状况的评价指标。

Objective To analyze the cord blood leptin level and related factors. Methods Selected 60 cases of newborns in our hospital from Oct 2013 to Nov 2014, according to gestational age and birth weight percentiles neonatal,60 newborns were divided into appropriate for gestational age infant group （AGA group, 30 cases） and small for gestational age infant group （SGA group, 30 cases）, leptin level was measured by double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Com- pared birth weight, birth length, head circumference, BMI and cord blood leptin levels of two groups, analyzed the correlation between leptin and the various indicators. Results The birth weight, birth length, head circumference, BMI and cord blood leptin levels of newborn in AGA group were significantly higher than those in SGA group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Correlation analysis showed that leptin level was positively correlated with birth weight and birth length （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Cord blood leptin has positive effect on birth weight and birth length, can regulate the growth rate of growth indexes of newborn and be used as evaluation index of fetal nutrition status.
