血管内支架成形术治疗椎基底动脉狭窄辅以有效护理效果分析

The effect analysis of nursing care on the stent-assisted angioplasty treatment for patients with vertebral basilar artery stenosis

目的探讨血管内支架成形术治疗椎基底动脉狭窄辅以有效护理的效果。方法对30例行血管内支架成形术治疗椎基底动脉狭窄患者采取术前宣教、术中配合、术后严密观察及出院健康指导等系统化的综合护理。结果本组椎基底动脉狭窄成形术患者治疗护理期间,临床症状均得到良好控制,除1例患者术中放支架时,由于血管痉挛而受阻,其余均无严重并发症的发生。随访1-12个月,患者均能按时服药和复诊。结论辅以系统化的综合护理,是血管内支架成形术治疗椎基底动脉狭窄成功的有效保障。

Objective To explore the effective clinical nursing for patients with vertebral basilar artery stenosis undergoing stent-assisted angioplasty treatment. Methods 30 patients with vertebral basilar artery stenosis accepted stent-assisted angioplasty treatments. Sufficiency preoperative education and nursing,operative cooperation and postoperative nursing,compre- hensive care and discharge guidance system of health were carried ont. Results Except one patient suffered stent failure because of vasospasm, other patients were discharged after recovery without severe complications. They were followed up for 1-2 months,all patients were able to take medicine on time and pay a return visit. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing system is an effective protection in stent-assisted angioplasty for treatment of vertebral basilar artery stenosis.
