摘要透析器过敏反应又称首次使用综合征（First use syndrome,FUS）,是接受血液透析的患者在使用新的透析器时发生表现不一的临床过敏症状,是血液透析的急性并发症之一。其原因有两种,一种为A型透析器反应（过敏型）,以使用环氧乙烷消毒透析器为主,临床少见且严重时可导致生命危险;另一种为B型透析器反应（非特异型）,以透析膜过敏为主,临床常见且不严重。
