肾炎康复片配合西药治疗慢性肾脏病蛋白尿疗效观察

Irbesartan combined with Shenyan Kangfu Pill in the treatment of chronic kidney disease

目的:观察肾炎康复片配合厄贝沙坦治疗慢性肾脏病蛋白尿的疗效。方法:将符合标准的140例慢性肾脏病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各70例,治疗组患者给予肾炎康复片配合西药(厄贝沙坦)治疗,对照组给予单纯厄贝沙坦进行治疗。结果:治疗后治疗组尿蛋白的含量为(0.88±0.45)g/24h,显著性低于对照组的(1.31±0.58)g/24h(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后血流变学异常表现出显著性改善作用,疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。在治疗后,治疗组与对照组患者收缩压均显著性小于治疗前(P<0.05),但两组患者之间不存在显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗后治疗组胆固醇值与三酰甘油值均显著性低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用肾炎康复片配合厄贝沙坦治疗慢性肾脏病尿蛋白疗效理想,能够使患者尿中的蛋白含量在短时间内得到显著地改善。

Objective：To integrative clinical efficacy of irbesartan combined with Shenyan Kangfu Pill in the treatment of chronic kidney disease（CKD）.Methods：140patients with this disease were randomly divided into observed group（70cases）and control group（70cases）.Patients in observed group received the treatment of irbesartan combined with Shenyan Kangfu Pill,while others received the treatment of irbesartan only.Results：After the treatment,the urinary protein contents in observed group was（0.88±0.45）g/24 h,which was significantly lower than that in control group which was（1.31±0.58）g/24h（P〈0.05）.After the treatment,compared with control group,the hemorrheology in observed group was significantly improved（P〈0.05）.The systolic blood pressure of both observed group and control group were significantly lower than that before the treatment（P〈0.05）,but there were no significantly difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.After the treatment,the cholesterol and three acylglycerin levels in observed group were（4.34±0.65）mmol/L and（1.48±0.51）mmol/L,which were significantly lower than that in control group which were（4.97±0.70）mmol/L and（1.95±0.52）mmol/L（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment of irbesartan combined with Shenyan Kangfu Pill has ideal curative effect.It can improve the urine protein content significantly.It is worth of promoting in clinic.
