摘要
针对交流电机故障原因的复杂性,提出了一种基于领域知识的电机故障模糊推理与故障综合评判相结合的预测模型.从模型结构、规则库建立、模糊推理及综合评判等方面具体讨论了所提出电机故障预测模型的建立思路与方法,阐明了这种模型可以更好地提高电机故障预测的有效性.
Considering complexity of AC motor failure causes, a predictive model is proposed with combination of motor failure fuzzy inference and failure synthetic judgment based on domain knowledge. The design ideas and methods of the motor failure predictive model are discussed from different aspects of the model structure, the establishment of the rule base, fuzzy inference and synthetic judgment, etc. The better predictive effectiveness of the model is also explained.
