振动排痰联合盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床效果观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨振动排痰联合盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床效果。方法将80例慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者随机分为观察组与对照组各40例,2组患者均行常规治疗及振动排痰,观察组患者加用氨溴索雾化吸入,比较2种治疗方法对患者治疗1周后的脉搏氧变化,临床症状,住院时间的长短。结果 2组患者协助排痰治疗1周后,观察组脉搏氧含量高于对照组,住院时间、咳嗽减轻天数、呼吸困难消失天数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氨溴索雾化吸入联合振动排痰仪治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病,是一种安全有效的祛痰方式,改善患者肺功能,值得在临床推广。
