摘要
档案教育与研究联合会是由20世纪80、90年代最早一批进入美国高校的档案学全职教师们为破解学科教育及学术研究的现实困境而合作发起的学术组织。本文通过访谈、网络调研等方法,从解读该会的兴起背景入手,详细分析其发展理念与运作模式,阐述其发展困境及趋势。
Archival Education and Research Institutes（AERI） are hosted by the first generation of full-time faculty from several top archival programs in the U.S.A, and its goal is to advance the field of archival studies in multi-ways and foster interest in future collaborations both nationally and internationally. Based on the interview and Web Investigations, this paper firstly introduces the background of AERI, then analyzes its conceptual framework and operational model, and lastly predicts AERI＇s challenges and its development directions in the near future.
