摘要
将热处理后的电解二氧化锰(EMD)进行10 h球磨,粉碎为200目、250目及300目等不同粒径,作为正极活性材料制备CR123A型锂/二氧化锰电池。使用200目、250目及300目EMD制备的电池,在60℃高温下存储7 d后的平均内阻分别为305.4 mΩ、296.1 mΩ和272.4 mΩ,30 m A恒流放电容量均约为1 300 m Ah,1.8 A恒流放电容量分别为748 m Ah、927 m Ah和998 m Ah。
The heat treated electrolytic manganese dioxide(EMD) was comminuted to particle sizes of 200 mesh,250 mesh,300 mesh after 10 h ball-milling. Lithium manganese dioxide(Li / MnO2) CR123 A batteries were assembled using these EMD. After high-temperature storage at 60 ℃ for 7 d,the average internal impedance of the batteries made from 200 mesh,250 mesh and 300 mesh EMD was 305. 4 mΩ,296. 1 mΩ and 272. 4 mΩ,respectively. When the discharge current was 30 m A,the capacities of different batteries were about 1 300 m Ah. The 1. 8 A galvanostatic discharge capacities of the batteries made from 200 mesh,250 mesh and 300 mesh EMD were 748 m Ah,927 m Ah and 998 m Ah respectively.
