深港科技合作的一体化战略研究

国家创新战略驱动下深港科技合作已进入一体化融合时期,学术界的相关研究尚不很多。本文通过梳理深港科技合作三个阶段和已具备的宏微观条件,阐述了深港科技合作一体化战略的背景和资源要素,提出了一体化战略的目标和具体内容,强调协同融合是一体化战略的核心,未来深港以一个共同体形象采取一致性创新行为才能担当起全球最富竞争力的创新中心的重任。

China’s national innovation strategy has driven Shenzhen-Hongkong science and technology cooperation（SHSTC） to integrate as a globally competitive innovation system, while relevant academic discussions are not plentiful. This paper teases out three stages of SHSTC to exhibit the background of its integration strategy, and analyzes the specific macro and micro conditions as basic resource factors already possessed. Finally, the integration strategy goal and contents are deduced. The characteristics of coherence and synergism are emphasized, then integrated image ＆coherent innovation actions are key elements for Shenzhen and Hongkong to become one of the most competitive global innovation centers in the future.
