Commercial biological system management mode's probing based on self organization theory

基于自组织理论,在对商业生态系统进化机制研究的基础上,提出商业生态系统的管理模式,即自组织管理模式,其主要思想是构成商业生态系统的各个成员共同制定协议,在遵守此协议下各单位成员相互竞争和合作,在系统内部创建条件形成超循环,从而实现商业生态系统的自组织进化。最后结合案例对自组织管理模式进行详细阐述。

Firstly, this paper put forward a managing mode of self-organization for business ecosystems based on the study of its evolutionary mechanism. And the paper illustrates this mode by an example. Last,the paper points out the advantages and the problems of this mode.
