中餐在非洲有着很高的地位,中餐市场供不应求,然而中餐在非洲的发展速度却并不尽如人意。本文从中非餐饮职业教育合作的角度出发,深入研究了非洲中餐市场的发展现状与人才困局,系统分析了中非餐饮职业教育合作的必然性、基础与机遇,指出中非双方借助"中非大学20+20合作计划"和"北京行动计划"的东风,尽快开展餐饮职业教育合作。

Chinese food has a high status in Africa,Chinese food market is in short supply, yet the pace of development of Chinese food in Africa is not satisfactory. From the perspective of China-Africa catering vocational education cooperation, This article researched the current situation of the development of Chinese food market in Africa and the trouble about talent issues, system analyzed the necessity, basis and opportunities of catering vocational education cooperation between China and African, And point out that both China and Africa should seize the current opportunity, to start catering vocational education cooperation as soon as possible.
