摘要
2014年我国进入"智慧旅游"年,强调旅游业与最新的科学信息化技术结合,构建智慧旅游系统,以实现旅游产业的升级。传统的旅行社将向智慧旅行社(ITA)转型升级的关键,就是如何应用智慧手段,重构旅行社的价值链。本文运用AHP层次分析法,着眼于旅行社APP设计问题,建立适合衡量旅行社智慧APP设计内容的评价指标体系,为旅行社智慧APP设计提供完整的建议与参考方案,推动旅行社的智慧化进程,助力于旅行社智慧化的最终实现。
China has come into the "Intelligent Tourism" era since 2014, which emphasizes the combination of tourism industry and the latest information technology in science as well as the construction of the "Intelligent Tourism" system, aiming to achieve the upgrade of the tourism industry. The crucial point of the transformation from the traditional travel agency to the intelligence travel agency(ITA) relies on how to reconstruct the value chain of travel agencies by intelligent means. This paper uses AHP(Analytical Hierarchy Process) to analyze the issues on the application design of the travel agency and establish a suitable evaluation index system to measure the content of the intelligent applications designed by travel agencies. What’s more, this paper also provide complete suggestions and reference strategies for the travel agency to design intelligent applications, in order to promote the intelligent process of travel agencies and realize the intelligent travel agency eventually.
