摘要
品美食作为一种休闲方式越来越被人们所接受,我国作为烹饪大国,美食资源丰富,但丰富的美食资源并未充分挖掘,也还未与旅游资源真正有机结合,我国的美食旅游还处于初级阶段。文章通过对目前美食旅游中存在的问题进行分析,提出相应的美食旅游开发策略。
Tasty food as a leisure style is very popular. Tasty food resource is very rich in China, but is not be evacuated and still not be combined with tourism resource. The article analyzes the problem of tasty food tourism in order to put forward the strategies.
