摘要
针对低表面张力离型膜研制了一种紫外光固化涂料,可以在离型膜表面形成光滑完整的涂层,该涂层作为中间层既可以与离型膜表面保持一定的粘牢度又可以与离型膜在一定剥离力下进行剥离,而且能够保证其后应用涂层良好的铺展性以及应用层与中间层之间优异的粘结力,还要保证应用涂层的高柔韧性和高弹性。本文研制的紫外光固化涂料可以为离型膜的应用提供一个特殊领域。
The UV curing coating for release film with low surface tension was studied, which can form a smooth and complete coating on the film surface. Acted as the middle layer, the coating can keep a certain firmness with the surface and be lifted off in a certain stripping force, and subsequent application of coating can ensure good spreadability and excellent cohesion between application layer and middle layer and the high flexibility and elasticity.
