摘要
通过对市场上现有成品的晶硅太阳能电池片背面电极进行观察发现,在背银电极与背铝电极重叠部位普遍存在裂隙。经过分析发现,这一裂隙的存在会导致电池片串联电阻的增大,进而对电池片的电性能产生不利影响。针对这一问题,对背银浆料配方进行改进,改进后的浆料可以有效降低裂隙出现的概率,使电池串联电阻由2.269mΩ降至2.167mΩ,并可提高电池片的转换效率。
There was a crack in the overlapping part of the back silver electrode and Al-back surface field, when we observe the back electrode of the crystalline silicon solar cells . The existence of the cracks can lead to an increase in the series resistance of the solar cells, and then the electrical properties of the solar cells can be adversely affected. The formulations of the back filed silver paste were improved to solve this problem, so the chances of crack appearing were reduced and the efficiency of the solar cells was improved and the series resis- tance of the solar cells was decreased from 2.269m to 2.167Ω.
