高阻隔MHA膜:包装材料新选择

High-barrier MHA film: New Choice for Packaging Material

摘要 MHA膜的阻隔性受环境湿度的影响很小,在高湿的环境中仍能保持着很好的阻隔性能。在85%的湿度下,其阻隔性能超过EVOH。同时,MHA尼龙膜可耐100℃、30min的水煮或121℃以上的蒸煮,煮后透明度不受影响,阻隔性仍能保持在很好的水平,不会像PVDC一样水煮、蒸煮后容易出现卷曲、强度会变差、涂层出现应力白化或龟裂等现象。 For the impact of environment humidity to barrier property of MHA film is small, the MHA film can still maintain good barrier property in high humidity environment. Under the humidity of 85%, its barrier performance is superior to EVOH. MHA nylon membrane can be boiled in 100 ℃ for 30 min or cooked above 121℃ while its transparency is not affected after boiled and barrier property remains good. Unlike the MHA film, PVDC is prone to some bad phenomena after boiled and steamed such as curl, its strength become worse, coating layer be bleached or cracked.
