页岩气开采用分簇射孔与桥塞联作技术研究

摘要 为实现电缆分簇射孔起爆技术和电缆桥塞火药座封技术的国产化,基于压力导通式分簇射孔起爆技术的实现过程与原理,通过试验检验了重要部件与整体的可行性,并通过井下试验验证了其起爆的可靠性;同时,进行了电缆桥塞火药配方的设计与试验,点火可靠性试验表明采用新型火药的电缆桥塞座封工具的燃烧压力峰值可达90MPa,桥塞座封可靠,此外,对电缆桥塞座封工具的火药装药量、温度对火药燃烧p——t曲线的影响进行了理论计算,得到了药量与压力的关系。模拟与实际井下试验表明研究的分簇射孔和电缆桥塞火药座封技术满足页岩气开采需求。 In order to realize the practical application of cluster perforating and pump-down plug method for shale reservoirs developing, based on the mechanism and process of cluster perforating, the feasibility of the integral parts and the whole system were verified by test, and the initiation reliability was tested underground. Meanwhile, a new propellant for cable plug in shale gas developing is designed, the propellant can be ignited successfully by the usual methods and reach the top pressure above 90MPa. And the effect of mass, temperature on burning pressure is calculated, then the relation between mass of propellant and pressure was obtained. The simulation and oil field test indicated the two technologies meet the requirement of shale reservoir developing.
