The paper briefly introduced the application of a series of intelligent and digitized energy-saving technology in the extrusion and composite production line,like the new energy-saving technology of chaotic mixing extrusion machine ,the energy-saving technology of electromagnetic induction heating PID indistinctly controlled extrusion machine, the energy-saving technology of Nano infrared heating extrusion machine,the energy-saving technology of new type vertical oven,the energysaving technology of common DC bus transmissions and the high speed intelligent temperature-control system.These technologies have distinct energy-saving effect and considerable value of popularization and application.
