摘要
残疾人就业是残疾人的一项基本权利,是实现生存与发展、改善生活水平、平等参与社会活动、共享物质文化成果的基本途径。当前,我国残疾人立法工作推进较为缓慢,立法层级不高,相关机构建设也不健全。借鉴美、英、日等国经验,加强残疾人就业立法,完善相关政策法规是保护和促进残疾人就业的重要措施,也是社会文明、公平的具体体现。
The disabled employment is a fundamental right, is a basic way to realize the survival and development, improve living standards, equal participation in society, share the material and cultural achievements. At present, our country legislative work for the disabled promotes more slowly, legislation level is not high, related institutional construction is not perfect. Using the experience of the United States, Britain, Japan and other countries, to strengthen the disabled employment legislation,improvement of the relevant policies and regulations is one of the important measures to protect and promote employment for the disabled, also the embodiment of social civilization and justice.
